HELDERBERG PRIVATE HOME NURSING SERVICES is a home based facility rendering safe, holistic, quality, personalized nursing care in the comfort and privacy of the clients’ own home or care facility in the Helderberg area, including Gordons Bay, Strand, Somerset West and Stellenbosch. In certain instances, nursing care can be arranged further afield with special conditions in place.
As a professional home based service we offer psychological, social and physical comfort and nursing support to the clients and their families and friends. We provide one on one nursing care with an individual approach to all types of needs for young and old alike.
HELDERBERG PRIVATE HOME NURSING SERVICES was started by Francine Parsons and Sue Watt in May 1996 with a few nurses and two clients. Over the years we have grown from strength to strength and now with over 800 nurses on our books you can be assured of nursing care 24 hours a day, seven days a week and at a cost well below hospitalization.

Both Fran and Sue chose nursing as their vocation in life. Most of their experience and skills have been developed in geriatrics and frail care.
After working at various general hospitals, Fran and Sue started working together in 1989 with the frail and elderly. They developed a growing awareness of the large number of people in our society who need help and special care services at home.
From this awareness and concern Helderberg Private Home Nursing Services arose.
